As we embark on a new year filled with fresh possibilities, I reflect on the inspiring lessons from Ted Lasso. This heartwarming show celebrates the power of coaching and teamwork, offering valuable insights for entrepreneurs navigating the challenges of building a successful startup.

I want to share what I learned from Ted’s journey coaching a soccer team in a new country. Just as Ted inspires his team with unwavering optimism and resilience, founders must cultivate a strong culture and empower their teams to achieve a shared vision. • Celebrate wins, both big and small, as a team.

• Be a goldfish and forgive others for their mistakes.

• Treat everyone, including your opponents, equally and with respect.
