Our view of Europe is defined by its role as the leading consumer and standard-setter of mobile communications and open source software. 

In China, where the velocity of innovation is coupled with the advent of new business models, we're partnering with GSR Ventures, a cross-border venture capital fund run by seasoned executives, to make direct investments. We're working with the current generation of Internet entrepreneurs, helping them embrace international business practices and financing arrangements, as they build legacy-creating companies based in China.

India continues as the logical destination for outsourcing, and we're encouraging all our portfolio companies to explore that option.  However, similar to what has occurred in Israel, we believe that a new generation of Indian companies is poised in the wings, waiting to be discovered.  It's only a matter of time before they target the U.S. and other overseas markets with ground-breaking technologies that are built cost-effectively and to the highest standards. To that end, we have hired an on-the-ground team of two world-class investment professionals and established an office in Mumbai, India.
